Payment For Purchases
Silva Method™ Online Shop accepts payment by credit cards. Cards are accepted using Worldpay.
Cards currently accepted are Visa & MasterCard.
For customers who prefer to pay by Cheque, kindly call our office at 62727118.
Upon confirmation that all charges are received, you will be notified.

Refund Policy - For Physical Products
If unsatisfied with any product in the Silva Online Shop, do return it within seven days of receipt of the goods and packaged well to prevent damage. Once product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage, at the discretion of the Company Management, a refund can be processed. Shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility.

Shipping : Silva Method™ endeavors to ship all Orders out within 24 -72 business hours of purchase. From time to time however, shortages of popular products may make it difficult to meet this goal. If this happens, you will be notified. On occasion we may also call you, either for notification on a product you ordered or to check your delivery and payment information. You may also be contacted prior to shipping if there is a problem with your information such as your e-mail address, mailing address, etc.
Silva Method™ will ship locally or internationally to locations that are serviced by Singapore Post or other renowned Courier Companies. All products shipped shall be insured by the designated Shipper.
We require a signature or Company Stamp on all packages sent from Silva Method™. We require this for delivery assurance. If you are not at your address, as you stated in your Mailing Address to accept the package, you may incur a surcharge for the next delivery attempts.

Refund Policy - For Seminars, Workshops and Courses in Singapore
1. Full Fee shall be charged for No-Show or Withdrawal seven days Prior to commencement of Course.
2. A 30% charge of Full Course fee shall be levied and balance of 70% may be credited towards the next Course, subject to us receiving an official Notice of Withdrawal within 8 to 14 days prior to commencement of Course.
3. Notice of Withdrawal received 15 days prior to commencement may Credit the full paid amount to the next Course, or may choose to cancel at a charge of S$115.00 for Administration and other costs.
4. At Silva Method’s discretion, Course details, timing and venue shall be subject to final confirmation.
